FDM No supports are needed. Just place the file flat of the plate and it will print happily. It printed easily for me with a standard 0.4 nozzle, 0.200 layer height, 15% infill.

RESIN Resin printers can print without supports. Just place the file flat of the plate. However, this may produce a "tidemark" on the finished prints. This is something that happens with resin printers and is not the fault of the design. To avoid this I would recommend pitching the model at least 2.5 degrees on both the X and Y, then support as necessary.
