Full Size Buster Sword Holds 4+decks
The wait is over. Here is the Full Size Buster Sword Deck Box. This fits 4+ decks, 1 playmat, and a bunch of dice. I have provided 2 3mf Files. a 4 deck and a 6 deck 3mf. If you print the 4 deck option you can always expand to 6 or more later. You just need to print a couple more nuts, a sword part, and a lid.
**This will require a 256mm cubed or larger print volume. I printed this on my P1S and A1. I will not be cutting this up to fit on smaller printers. **
4 deck option is roughly 1.5kg. 1 day 2 hours @ .28mm layer height. 6 deck option is just over 2kg. 1 day 10 hours @ .28mm layer height.
I printed the handle with like 30% infill I believe. If you are going to actually throw a bunch of decks in there I highly suggest printing the handle as filled as you can. And you probably want to test things on your end to make sure its holding like you think it should. I tested 4 decks, dice, and a playmat and it held up nicely.
Currently mine is all held together with the screw system I came up with. It works nicely. If you have any questions before or after purchase please don't hesitate to reach out.

What part of the blade is this?
Also admittedly it could be my doing as i realized ive been printing to fast so it was coming out looking weird, im printing another one at half speed so ill let you know if it has the same issue
Honestly this is the biggest (most parts and most filament) project I've ever done. So it could with the files. reach out to me on instagram. send me all the pictures so I can get a full view of what is going on. I think I know but I also think I uploaded it right.
sorry for the late reply, its the tip section i also just found that the hilt has a hole in the big screw hole the handle screws into
Having a problem with the texture, printed both of the covers and they came out textured. I assume this is just part of the print as I printed with the orientation that came with the download. However, when i printed the tip of the sword it appeared smooth, both of the other covers were printed flat so the top of the prints came out textured. the other top of the tip was printed flat from the bottom up so the top came up smooth. Is this supposed to be the case? should it be printed in reverse?
Sorry I missed this. That's a weird texture. I'm prutter sure you could print it in reverse but I did not. I printed it how it was in the 3mf.
hay i was just wondering if you could share more of your printer settings as the lowest i can get mine to do it all is 1d16h and im just curious as to what your settings are
Hey I missed this. I did share those printer settings with the 3mf files. I can reslice it and make sure.
hay for some reason the second cover, the flat one not the designed one, seems a little to big as the tip doesn't sit flush with the rest of the model
Can you reach out to me on instagram or my discord? https://discord.gg/hCB8PvRg
Okay I'm seeing what you are talking about.
hey sorry to bother you new here to modeling i tried making a compartment on the tip that you can close magnetically i have the stl file send me a message so i could send it to you since im new i printed it and the lid does not close it just needs to be 2mm smaller to fit. if you are interested in the file let me know i think its a good addition
Can you reach out to me on Instagram or share pictures here. I also have a discord you can join if you want to share stuff there.
I have no way to reach out to the people who have downloaded this that aren't members. I updated the 4 deck.3mf It was missing the sword body piece that attaches to the tip. Reach out if you have questions but it should be good now.
