This fully 3D-printed DL-44 prop kit is 13 inches (33cm) long once assembled. With actuating trigger!

Matte PLA Colors Used:

  • Ash Grey
  • Fossil Grey
  • Earth Brown
  • Charcoal Black

As with all of our models, this prints with no supports, assembles with no glue, and doesn't require a multi-material 3D printer! Assembly instructions are included in the download with the files, and the print settings are listed in the photos above.

Another awesome design by The Kit Kiln. The engineering, fit and finish is so impressive. The precision of the Bambu Lab X1 Carbon helps a lot. Had to use more than the usual super glue on this one. I used Bambu Lab PLA Metal Black, PLA Matte Terracotta, PLA Basic Silver, White and Gray. Lettering done with the Bambu Studio slicer.
