A 3D printable Businesscard embosser, can be assembled without any hardware, everything just snaps together. I designed this businesscard embosser to be modular and 3D printable without using any support and without any hardware required to assemble.

The tollerances are tight. And some materials work better then others. I have had best results using Basic PLA.

Assembly: Pro tip: use some lubrication grease / vaseline around the gears for a better working!! Make sure to allight the bottom gears maked with the dot and allign with the stipe. Do not forget to add some lubrication / grease between and underneath the gears!

For the top gears some marks are present as well to allign the gears properly! Also here! Do not forget to add some lubrication / grease between and underneath the gears!
