Build your own modern floor lamp.
Size & Scaling: Required print platform is 250x250x200mm Scaling is not possible
Print settings: shade top/bottom: small diameter on build plate (see picture) vase mode/spiralize outer contour 0.2mm layer height 0,7mm line width (can be varied) 4 bottom layers
adapter/retainer: 0.12mm layer height 2 walls 30% infill
sphere low/sphere high: prints on the side with the letters 0.12mm layer height (adaptive for the top area) 4 walls 40% infill
cap top/cap bottom: 0.2mm layer height 2 walls 2-3 bottom layers 0 top layers 40% gyroid (0% after 1mm)
holder: prints on the side without supports 0.2mm layer height 2 walls 20% infill brim
Additional hardware: 24x wood screw 4,5x20mm (or longer) wood rods with diameter 19mm: 4x 118 mm / 4x 378 mm / 4x 1291 mm 1x light cord of choice 1x light bulb which does not have a white base (for even light distribution)
Assembly: Cut the wood rods to length Sand the edges Drill a pilot hole with 2.5mm diameter using the printed drill guide on every face Assemble the lower frame; the faces with letters pointing up and later connect to the long rods Assemble the upper frame; the faces with letters pointing down and later connect to the long rods; insert the printed part "adapter" before tightening all screws Now connect both frames with the long rods Insert "shade bottom" and use retainer to tighten all together "Shade top" simply clicks into place "holder" is just sticked into "retainer" Now insert the light cord with light bulb Finally add the the caps, a flat screwdriver can help to push it into place Enjoy :)

Hi Marcel, sehr cooles Modell! Ich hab leider nur eine Build Plate mit 220x220, warum kann man das Modell denn nicht skalieren?
Bei der Fassung wird es dann etwas tricky, die innere Höhe reicht vermutlich nicht mehr um die Birne mittig zu platzieren, um das Licht gleichmäßig zu verteilen, vielleicht schafft eine E14 Fassung mit kleiner Birne Abhilfe.
Hi, es macht vieles kompliziert, grundsätzlich könnte es funktionieren, wenn du alles auf 85% skalierst kannst du 16mm Holzstäbe verwenden. Wenn die Gesamthöhe gleich bleiben soll müsste man die Längen neu berechnen. Teile wie Cap oder Retainer haben dann ggf. kein gutes fitment mehr, da müsstest du womöglich noch ein bisschen mit horizontal expansion spielen.
