5x3 - Low Profile Bolt-Locked Bracket Angled For Shoes
I've changed the standard MultiBoard 5x3 - Low Profile Bolt-Locked Bracket to be angled, instead of straight. The idea was to make a “Shoe Storage Wall” for my wife to organise her shoes. But this can also work for other scenarios. Initially I used normal snaps to connect the tiles to the bracket, but the shoes were to heavy and pulled the tiles out of the brackets. To get the tile and brackets to stay in place, I had to use te “Heavy Weight-Bearing Hook Snap” on the upper bracket mounts where it connects to the wall tray and on the lower bracket mounts where it connects with the “shoe” tray. The Heavy Weight-Bearing Hook Snap can be found here: https://thangs.com/designer/Multiboard/3d-model/Heavy%20Weight-Bearing%20Hook%20Snap-1130430
I just used normal snaps ( https://thangs.com/designer/Multiboard/3d-model/Multiboard%20Snap-974295 ) for the other bracket mounts.
The brackets were connected to the snaps and heavy weight-bearing snaps with the “Small Thread - Multipoint” found here: https://thangs.com/designer/Multiboard/3d-model/Small%20Thread%20-%20Multipoint-1123334
I used 11x11 tiles ( https://thangs.com/search/%22MB117%22%20creator%3A%22Keep%20Making%22?scope=thangs&view=grid ) as they are a good size for our size shoes.
I also had to create an end stop to stop the shoes from slipping off. I remixed this from the original 11x11 tile. The end stop is 1x11 in size and has pins that go in the last row's pegboard holes (small holes) of the 11x11 tile. It can be found here: https://makerworld.com/en/models/985981#profileId-960646
