Canva online can be used to create free QR codes. Then go to Makerworld and open the MakerLab. Import your QR codes to Image to keychain (default settings)and export to Make My Sign to add the back. The dimensions for the QR code signs are between 29mmx29mm to 30mmx30mm (depending on which filament and temp you use for the sign) with a 2mm corner radius. Total height 2mm. I would recommend printing one to test and adjust size from there.
