SCALE At 100% scale, the helmets' inside dimensions are: Width 275 mm Length 323 mm Height 274 mm You can scale the model according to your head measurements. It is good to make it bigger and then add cushioning to the inside for a snug and comfortable fit.

PRINTER SETTINGS

• layer height of 0.1 to 0.2 mm on FDM printers

You can print the black part even at a lower quality like 0.3 mm to save print time as that does not have small details on it.

For reliable printing, we also recommend setting a brim to the helmets shell parts, because of their height and low thickness. It will ensure, that the parts will not come off the printing platform during the printing process.

All parts are aligned to the printing platform for easy manipulation.
