• Files contain STL parts cut for 200mm printers and uncut assembled OBJ file

All cut parts are placed on the print bed as we would print them to save you time.

To connect some parts of the helmet you will need to also buy screw with dimensions that are shown on pictures in preview or in model folders.

SCALE The AM-95 dimensions:

• Width approx. 274 mm (10.8 inches)
• Length approx. 272 mm (10.7 inches)
• Height approx. 264 mm (10.4 inches)

The SPH-4 dimensions:

• Width approx. 290 mm (11.4 inches)
• Length approx. 260 mm (10.2 inches)
• Height approx. 268 mm (10.5 inches)

You can scale the model as you wish but we can’t guarantee that at a much smaller size the model will print well.

PRINTER SETTINGS

• layer height 0.2 mm
• infill 15%
• supports 45 degrees

For parts that are tall but have a small base, we use a 10 mm brim for better bed adhesion.

This model is meant to be post-processed after printing. This can be gluing, sanding, painting, etc.
