How to enter?

There are multiple ways to enter. Each increases your chances of winning.

Way 1. Download and like this miniature. In the downloaded files you will find a link. Use it to register your e-mail.

Way 2. Like our Contest Post on Facebook.

Way 3. Comment in this post by suggesting a name for the miniature.

Way 4. Upload a photo of the printed mini to Thangs by using the 'Add a Make' button on its page (x5 winning chance!).

Every Friday we draw one winning entry AND start a new edition of the Collector Contest with a new FREE mini!

Normally I print minis in resin but tried this guy on a bambu and it did pretty well. He has a gnarly jagged sword but it is still game ready.
Printed on the new Elegoo Saturn 4 ultra, with Sunlu ABS like resin at 0.03 layerheight.
Excellent model and detail! I can’t wait to paint it up and add it to the project of making a castle and kingdom for my daughter to play with! Full disclosure while removing supports I was not gentle enough and caused some minor damage. He is missing the pointing finger and one of the protrusions from his sword. Next time I need to be more careful in removing supports, or decrease the support thickness
Since discovering Titan Forge I have been printing none stop and now with Thangs I think its a great idea. The prints have great quality and print amazing with 8K water washable resin.
Printed well! The sword would have probably snapped when I was removing supports if I hadn't been using ABS-like resin. The tiny supports will require additional cleanup. Otherwise a great example of what I've come to expect from pre-supported wargame/D&D minis!
Phrozen Sonic Mighty 8K with 8K space grey resin.
I realise this was meant for Resin, but my FDM printer did ok! had some trouble removing supports between the body and cloak, but thats my fault - Am Spoontastic_minis for the giveaway if its not clear btw.

I like your print quality better than mine, don’t get me wrong it came out well but yours has sharper details. What settings were you running for your 8K resin if you don’t mind me asking?

I use the standard settings for a saturn 3 on chitubox, the only thing I tend to play with is the lift speed, the 8k resin seems a bit thinner than standard so i slow it down a little Exposure time: 2.5 lift distance: 3 lift speed: 65 bottom exposure 30/35 retract speed: 175/180 the supports can be a bit stubborn when slowing it down but after print put in a bit of warm water for 20 seconds and then the supports come away much better ready for cleaning up
