This set is part of my journey in designing 3D models with mass production 3d printing in mind. The ears use the principles laid out by Slant 3D to create products with ultra low fail rates and efficient use of materials.

recommended print settings:

• 0.4mm or 0.6mm nozzle diameter
• 0.2mm layer height
• Fuzzy Skin: All walls
• Fuzzy skin thickness: 0.2
• Fuzzy skin point distance: 0.5
• PLA (can by formed with heatgun/hair drier if needed for fitment)
