This is a mount for the printhead of the Ender 3 V3 SE that allows you to add a pen to your printer. Yes, you're turning your 3D printer into a 2D printer!
It attaches to the printhead by using clips to snap into the left vents.
You can add the pen by putting it into the big hole and tightening a regular M5-0.8 screw.
To tune your printer in order to draw with it you can follow this great video by Hackbatch, using Cura.
