Here is my take on what a food commander deck box would look like. This fits a double sleeved 100 card deck on inside the box. The deck cavity dimensions are 76mm76xmmx100mm. In the 3rd picture there is a standard playing card size inside the deck box for visual reference on how big it is. It requires maginets to keep the deck box closed. You will need 8mmx2mm maginets to keep it closed. Below is a link to some that should fit.
3D PRINTING SETTINGS No supports needed. You could print this at .28mm because there isn't much detail. It's just a box.
