This model is my interpretation of Samus Aran's Helmet from Metroid Dread

This helmet has a pretty tight neckseal so I highly recommend taking a slice of the bottom of the helmet to confirm the fit, however it is scaled around a 23" head.

The main helmet will need to be sliced depending on your head size for a Bambu printer but there are some natural curves in the helmet that should suffice.

All parts have been test printed in FDM, including the smaller pieces.
