I had the crazy idea to use a HueForge "painting" as the top surface of another print. I was in the middle of printing Hextraction, so figured it was a good test. It took longer than I care to admit to figure it out, so figured it was worth sharing.

I used Blender (OpenSCAD, FreeCAD, and OrcaSlicer all failed me here) to get a boolean intersection of the HueForge STL and the top of the Hextraction tile STL (I scaled up the tile to 1000x or something so I could get close to a match for just the top profile). It wasn't a closed mesh at first, but I got it patched up in Blender. Then I loaded the tile and the intersected mesh into Orca Slicer as an assembly, used adaptive layer heights to get down to 0.08mm for the HueForge portion, and offset the colour change heights by roughly the height of the tile. In this case:

1. Start with black
2. Switch to dark blue at 14.90 mm
3. Switch to light blue at 15.94 mm
4. Switch to white at 16.42 mm
