Unfortunately it was not possible to keep this design under 180 x 180, otherwise everything would have been too small and would no longer work properly.

Take to the skies of the Mushroom Kingdom in Bowser Jr.'s Clown Car as seen in New Super Mario Bros. Wii and Super Smash Bros! Each piece is designed to be printed separately and assembled together. **No AMS needed.**

The pictured clown car is printed at 200% scale and fits 8" Koopa Kid plushies at that scale.

The project files are organized into folders for easier printing and navigation. For that reason, stl file preview is turned off.


It is designed for the left arm, I'll make one for the right one soon as well :)

I decided to approach this in a way it would be easiest for you to follow and make. All the components are hidden on the inside of the gauntlet, and you have easy access to the power bank that runs the entire thing. I have decided to use a small power bank on this one instead of batteries bcs i think it's easier to use, and they are not expensive, and it is small enough so it can fit in your vambrace and doesn't bother your arm.

Included are standard sizes ( one that is made for my arm), and I also added an upscaled version for those who have a bit larger arms. Keep in mind the larger scale was not test printed altho everything should still fit, but just as a precaution I'm calling the larger one "experimental",until it's confirmed it all works well . The regular sized one is perfect :)

**Gift Box #10**

This is the tenth version in a series gift boxes that may look the same on the outside but they each have a secret way of opening. This one is tricky, to unlatch the top push the bow horizontal in the correct direction. 

Its roughly 100mm x 100m x 80mm tall. The top prints in place as one part, none of the parts require supports. The bow and ribbons are printed separately and glued on. I printed all the parts in the orientation the stl’s are provided. I prefer the vertical orientation for the ribbons for a smoother surface finish.  I added helper pads to them to keep them stable during printing. I printed everything at .2 layer heights but the box could definitely be printed at a larger layer height without issue. 

I used [Gorilla Glue](https://amzn.to/3rQpTXw)(aff.) for gluing on the ribbons and the bow.  You need two of each top ribbon and four of the bottoms. If you don’t already own as set of these [clamps]( https://amzn.to/3lYOqpJ )(aff.) you should pick them up, they really help with gluing the ribbons on.

Gift Box #10

**Gift Box #7**

This is the seventh version in a series gift boxes that may look the same on the outside but they each have a secret way of opening. This one uses a planetary gear stage! Turning the bow rotates the sun gear which results in the ring gear turning at a 3:1 ratio. There are external threads on the ring gear which engage with female threads on the box. The planetary gears are aesthetically pleasing but they actually work against you as it takes three more turns to unthread. It’s easy to cross thread, make sure the top is on flat before tightening.

Its roughly 100mm x 100m x 80mm tall. The top prints in place as one part, none of the parts require supports. The bow and ribbons are printed separately and glued on. I printed all the parts in the orientation the stl’s are provided in. I prefer the vertical orientation for the ribbons for a smoother surface finish. **Gift Box Series**

**Gift Box #1**
This gift box has a little twist! I wanted to design something for Christmas this year that everyone could print for their loved ones to show the amazing ability's of a 3D printer. 
This is the first in a set of boxes that all have a little trick to open. 

To open it just turn the bow, the bow rotates a spur gear which pulls back the catches and unlocks it.  The catches are spring loaded so you don’t have to worry about the box opening when you don’t want it to. There is a stop so the bow cannot be over rotated. 

Its roughly 100mm x 100m x 80mm tall. The top prints in place as one part, none of the parts require supports. The bow and ribbons are printed separately and glued on. I printed all the parts in the orientation provided. I prefer the vertical orientation for the ribbons for a smoother surface finish.  I added helper pads to them to keep them stable during printing. I printed everything at .2 layer heights but the box could definitely be printed at a larger layer height without issue. 

I used [Gorilla Glue](https://amzn.to/3rQpTXw)(aff.) for gluing on the ribbons.  Put the glue in the middle and let it naturally spread out.
