The goal of this project was to create a 3d printed bait mold. The project was successful because the mold worked well and was relatively inexpensive.

Plastisol is extremely easy to work with and can be reheated many times so there is little to no waste. You can literally melt down your old soft plastic lures and make new ones! crazy. I used a microwave and a glass measuring cup to heat up plastisol to 340F. Make sure to stir well and not overheat it.

This specific 3d printing resin likes to be printed warm. Make sure the ambient temp is above 75f. Use an external heat source if necessary. I printed this mold with the tips of the tails facing down, flat against the build plate, with no support.

These files are part of my print automation project for the A1 Mini and A1. The files are an upgrade for the A1 Mini tilt the printer at a 20 degree angle to help clear the bed during the ejection phase.

🔹 **DETAILS**
- detailed print instructions included (material, settings, orientation, size ...)
- Modifiable STEP files

 MATERIALS NEEDED
- 1x  M4x15-20 mm screw 
(not longer or it might  hit your extruder head)
- 1x M4 nut
- Rubber pads for the sides and bottom
(anything no slip surface you have around)
- A 3mm hex key with at least 100 mm length.

Feel free to modify the STEP files for your needs. You can also send me the modified file and I’ll add it to the upload for others to use.
I recommend placing something rubbery under the front of the A1 Mini so it doesn’t slide away. 

You can also screw the tilt blocks to your printing table and add screws and some kind of limiter block (a simple block with a screw is enough) at the front of the printer.

This is a functional part and I highly recommend printing it with material that maintains its shape under long tension times, you can use:

Tilt Block A1 Mini Print Automation | 20 Degree Tilt Block STEP & 3MF

These files are part of my print automation project for the A1 Mini and A1. The files are an upgrade for the A1 Mini to add an external fan which cools down the build plate during the ejection phase. The button is pressed using the extruder head at the end of a print.

Please be careful when printing multicolor objects over 160 mm height with this add on. The same is true for filament cutting when using the AMS for 160 mm single color prints.

 MATERIALS NEEDED

**Button Holder:**
- 2x  M3x25 mm screws 
(not longer or it might  hit your extruder head)
- 2x M3 nut
- 45x13,5x16 mm button with 450 mm cable and AMS plug 
I used the one included in this kit:

**Cooling Fan:**
- Do not exceed 24V & 0,5A DC!!!
- 120x120x25 mm size, [the fan I used](https://de.aliexpress.com/item/1005002978096606.html)
- 2x  M4x35 screws mm or longer
- 2x M4 nut


This is plenty of cooling already at half the power (6W). The official Bambu Lab AMS instructions show a maximum current of 0,5A at 24V (12W) but I would not push the limit.
Depending on your fan cable length you may need some kind of cable extension.

If you have a different button, feel free to modify the STEP file for your needs. You can also send me the modified file and I’ll add it to the upload for others to use.

**For the A1:**
The STEP file should be easy to modify to fit the A1 to achieve the same goal. You can also send me the modified files and I'll add them to the upload.

External Fan A1 Mini Print Automation | Button Holder and Fan Holder STEP & 3MF

The tiniest skateboard you have ever ridden.

Designed for the "New School" truck screw pattern so most truck and wheel combos should work. It is surprisingly sturdy.. Just don't grind a rail!

Pennyboard330mmX130mm prints in one piece and is meant for a larger printer.

For smaller printers I split the board in half into PennyBoardNose190mm, and PennyBoardTail190mm(reference pictures, the yellow board). Use a two part epoxy to join the two halves.

Settings:

Print flat with "Triangular" Infill. I used 15%.

Penny Board Deck - Skateboard

The tiniest skateboard you have ever ridden.

This shelf connects to [Moderate Snaps](https://than.gs/m/1311034) or [Heavy Hook Snaps](https://than.gs/m/1311032) and is secured using [Locking Bolts](https://than.gs/m/1310062). Keep in mind, Heavy Hook Snaps are stronger than Moderate Snaps but they don't work with flush mounted boards.

Special [support brackets](https://link.Multiboard.io/bolt-locked-shelf-support-brackets) can also be added to this Shelf for extra support.

This shelf is 4x2 cells (200x100 mm).

**Printing Guidelines:**

Use 3 perimeter wall thickness, 0.2 mm layer height, 15% infill, and no supports. Apart from that, use your printer's default settings.

The printing orientation is as provided in the file. Make sure the downloaded files are .STL. This part has been designed with a tolerance of 0.25 mm. Your printer will need to be able to bridge gaps of up to 30 mm for some designs.

8x4 MU - Simple Bolt-Locked Shelf
