For those of you who have been asking for a dog... ok, ok, this is a stretch BUT how stunning did this month's Early release turn out ?!? I have been wanting to do another uber detailed "humanoid" for awhile, and man was this one alot of work.

I think it makes a great little collection with the Mummy and Sarcophagus Out of the Vault Exclusive since Anubis is the protector of graves and guide to the underworld!

It is fully print-in-place and comes with two accessories (a khopesh and ankh) to hold. Just make sure to scale the accessories the same size as your print. And my wife did another amazing paint job on the 125% STL. I personally think it looks better than the AMS, but I am a fan of her work hahaha. That was a tri-color silk with gold rub n buff and some painted details.

Print tips and Info:

-STL and 3MF files are included. * If you use the 3mf file, please remember that it is a painted project file for your convenience.

-You must check your material/printer/settings to make sure it works correctly for your printing project.

-I print with, 15% infill/gyroid, .12 or .16 layer height for quality.

-As usual, make sure you have good adhesion, especially for the mini versions. A glue stick works or I have switched to using on all my machines... a BIQU Cryopgrip Frostbite adhesion plate.

-I successfully test printed between 70% and 350% for this design. You can go much larger with the cut version. The smaller you go, some detail will be lost.

-XL version is provided in case you want to print a Giant Anubis. It comes in pieces. Scale the pieces up and Print as large as you want in multiple prints. Then glue together with Super Glue. It is easiest to lay the pieces flat on the table while holding glued parts together.

Note: If you are maxing out your build plate, make sure you can get every part up to size before you begin printing.

**~🧲 Magnets (optional but recommended)**
- Magnets are optional… but highly recommended for the full _wow_ effect 💖
- Inside the 3MF files you’ll find pre-made magnet slots (we used round D8×2 mm magnets).
- Pause for magnet insertion: layer 27 when printing at 0.16 mm layer height (**already set in the 3MFs**) or 4.36 mm absolute height

- We used **2.4 mm ringball keychains**, easy to find and very common

**~🎨 Colors & multi-color printing**
- All models are ready for up to 4-color printers
- Chick version tip 🐻❤️👁️: swap the heart filament (red) with the eye filament (white) halfway through the print and you will get a **5-color design with a 4-color printer**!

**General recommendations ⚠️**
- Before diving into the multi-color print, we highly recommend starting with a single-color **test print** to ensure everything works as expected.
- For multi-color prints, we suggest **filling the bed** to minimize PLA waste from color changes.

Using 3D printing and a bit of design magic, I rebuilt this hypnotic, string-art-inspired lamp shade from scratch. This is the final, working, and time-tested model.

This medieval-style puzzle chest is a compact 3D box made from 11 uniquely shaped parts that lock together into a solid, satisfying form. Each piece slides and nests into place, creating a sturdy little chest that feels good to handle and fun to figure out.

The design plays with the idea of hidden construction, where the structure isn’t obvious at first glance. The assembly process becomes part of the experience, encouraging slow, thoughtful problem-solving instead of instant results. The medieval chest shape adds character without being overly detailed, making it approachable to print while still feeling special when it clicks together for the first time.
