monarch dragon

Here is the newest dragon! This one is loosely inspired by and aptly named after the monarch butterfly's wing pattern. I tried to keep that same cuteness alongside spinier spines and sharper wing "fingers" than the other dragonkin thus far.

The 3MF files are painted as seen in the photos. Multipart files have the eyes and spines parted out.
