PuzzeLock Box
This is one of my favorite designs for a handful of reasons, but not the least of which it is super fun, and I designed a relatively complex (at least for me) lock and puzzle system in a 2mm layer that lies at the bottom of a box. The false bottom of the box is transparent'ish, so you can see the workings once the box is unlocked.
To open it, you need to know the 0-42 digit lock code (which is programmable) and you need to know the secret sequence of events required to unlock it.
If you are interested in it, check out the PDF file included in the download. It contains detailed assembly and operating instructions.
