This is a clone/recreation of the Teenage Engineering Computer-1 ITX case.
I have not been able to verify the dimensional accuracy of this compared to the physical Computer-1 case but I have based the dimensions on the Mini-ITX standard and on the dimensions of the fan mounts so it should be roughly correct.
This is provided for personal use and comes no guarantee of accuracy.

How can I convert to .STL for 3d printing?
You can open it in Fusion and use the extrude tool to turn the shapes into 3D models. Sorry for the extremely late reply.

This is awesome, just wondering what size screws would one need for this. And is there any way to add an handle ?
It’s designed for M3 machine screws. Theoretically you could attach a handle to the top using the holes on that surface
