This box is designed to match the original form trays, ensuring that the original plastic lid still fits securely. It is intended to provide customized and modular inserts for each expansion box, allowing space for sleeved cards and optimizing space for miniatures and components.

This Model is Large, I printed it in one piece on my Snapmaker J1 (324 x 200 x 200 mm build plate)

• Dimensions: 270.9 x 135.9 x 91 mm

Design Features:

• Hex gaps to save filament.
• Holes on the end to help open the lid or get trays out.
• Same original box size so lid still fits.

Difficulties:

• Fewer hex gaps were used to reduce the risk of layer shifting.
• Previous prints experienced frequent layer shifting due to lower quality PLAs curling up and catching the printer head. This issue has not occurred with higher quality PLAs.

Footnote I've observed organizers that combine everything into one box, but I prefer to keep them separate. This makes it easier to pack only the boxes and expansions I need to play BRW. Additionally, this approach speeds up setup since pre-organized trays can limit the content to what is necessary for the game. So far I have done: Northern Winds, Last Dynasty, and Gaea Reborn (the main boxes that didn't fit sleeved cards) I'll be uploading them later, with reboxing videos, and linking them back to this project.
