Just a garden decoration -- a decorative dual-fan wind spinner I designed for the yard. Rotates to face the wind, and spins at even 2-3mph wind speeds with the right bearings. The two fans rotate in opposite directions. Needs 3 standard 608 bearings, and may need some CA glue or rubber mallet if they don't fit.
