I ran out of white filament, and had to finish it up with black. But I love it! Took me a bit to get it to open, but haven't had a problem since. My nephew will love this for his D&D dice collection.
I had to wiggle the bottom ring back and forth continuously to break the parts free. I think the seam on the gears causes some welding or friction. Once it started to move slightly, I added some lubrication in the cracks of the gears from the bottom side. This made it move smoothly, almost too smooth.
Had a little difficulty getting it open at first, but I wiggled the petals and posts a bit and applied some PTFE lube to get it to open. Now it works wonderfully!
Printed beautifully but was fully fused. I broke the top tabs off trying to get the gears to turn.
Has anyone remixed this with the gears printed seperately?
I printed this on a Bambu Lab A1 using the default settings for generic PLA silk (I used Eryone PLA Silk Black/Red). It looks GREAT and it took minimal effort to open it the first time. After 5 or 6 times it is now very easy to open. One of my favorite prints.

Its a dope model but the tolerancing isnt good. I still can't get mine to open, let alone move... ?
EDIT: To make model move/open, I had to pull out the center gear and the entire bottom to model. When it works, it's very cool.
Dann brauchst du ein Bambu lap, die schaffen das alle😀

Hatte kein Problem mit dem 5% beim A1, alles lief super, nur ganz oben drosselte ich die Geschwindigkeit auf 50%😉👋
Am I the only one experiencing a layer shit on the small version twice now in the same exact spot 😕
Stop pooping on your prints.
Printed on MK4 and it will not open
Edit: I had to forcibly pry open the top fins which freed the main gear below.
