So for a starter kit to play with my kids, which ones from that first list would I replace with Sozus? (If it's not obvious, I've never played before and am still not sure how the rules work but am excited to learn!)
I wish there were some minimal instructions on the website when it comes to printing these. It took me a day to figure out that you have to snap the tabs off the bottom of the tiles after printing them, I thought something was wrong with them.
I did the same thing. I do see that in this project he does say "All of my Hextraction tiles have a built-in sacrificial support under each notch - remember to snap it off after printing."
I would suggest some sandpaper for your prints (Wear a mask and go outside because no one wants plastic in their lungs), making bigger tracks in the files, or buying smaller marbles. Best of luck and have fun playing!

from Zack's video, recomended starting set 2x stars 2x peace signs 2x DIC 2x teleport (sets) 2x clone 4x DC 4x X 4x double trap 4x triple trap 6x flip flops
2x each secret tile and lids If you don't have m3 hardware for the flip flop replace with pachinko and king tiles
for youngins consider switching complex tiles for sozus
add one more of each tile for each player over 2

Aside from that I'm very excited to try the game.
The lack of printing instructions on any of these has honestly been a huge letdown.
yeah it took me a bit to get the board printed because lack of instruction on the print settings, orientation and supporting.

how large are the tracks?
around 10mm (the ball bearings are 10mm so like 11,12?) edit: I just used the measure tool in the slicer it said 11mm so here's your answer.
A 10 mm steel ball is just barely too big to go through by gravity. How do I fix this?

Can i print these with a layer height of .2mm? Or will that make the game too sloppy?
I think most are doing .2mm printing
