Card boxes I have always found expansive and never suited to the need of mass storage with out it being a cardboard box. Protect your cards in a ridged box.
Really easy to print, best to have a PEI textured surface with glue.
Suggested Filament: PLA+ (DO NOT USE SILK)
Layer Height: 0.2mm
Nozzle: 0.4mm
Infill: However you please but I use 25% progressive halved every 10mm (max 5 times)
Shell: 3 layers on wall, 4 on top and bottom with one wall for roofing
Speed: 150mm, 50% on bottom and top layers
Cooling: yes
Supports: Not required
Max angles: 45 Degrees
