Extending Shelf - Cargo Attachment

What’s New?

Our original Shelf is designed to be a strong, simple and reliable surface for the Cargo System. But once that was working, we just had to have a go at over-engineering it to see how far we could take the design.

The Extending Shelf starts as a compact single platform, but there is a hidden sliding mechanism that can be pulled out when you need more space. Fully extended, it gives you roughly double the usable length, then slides back away to a compact shelf when you’re finished.

It’s not designed to replace the original heavy-duty Shelf, but this version is the perfect addition for when you quickly need a bit of extra space for those lightweight items or during a project build, without having a larger shelf sticking out all the time.

What about Compatibility?

The Extending Shelf uses the new attachment plate, so it is fully compatible with the Cargo Modular System and mounts easily to the sliding rail system.
