**Print Settings **

• Supports: None required; ignore slicer warnings.
• Infill: 10% (can be reduced if needed).
• Print Orientation: Print in place as shown in the images.
• Size: Do not resize. For custom sizing, feel free to contact me.

**Assembly Requirements **

• Magnets: Eight 10mm x 2mm magnets to secure the box and cover.
• Glue: Super glue for attaching magnets and wood glue for securing the box to the bottom cover.

**Assembly Instructions **

1. Paint First: Paint all parts before assembly for a polished finish.
2. Attach Magnets: Use super glue to fix the magnets into the slots provided.
3. Glue the Box: Apply wood glue to attach the box to the bottom book cover.
4. Secure with Tape: Close the lid and wrap the entire box with masking tape to hold everything in place while drying.

Allow the glue to dry completely before use.

• Internal Compartment Height: approx 33mm.
• Finish: The model in the images features a hand-painted design.

I use artist-grade paints for all my models, and my go-to brand is Atelier. For this model, I used Pale Gold, Cooper and Black(2 thin undercoats). I’m not affiliated with Atelier; it’s simply the paint I prefer, I use when painting on canvas and 3d models. However, feel free to use any high-quality artist paint or whatever works best for your style! Finish with a Matt or Gloss varnish.

Paint Guide: For painting, don't worry too much about making mistakes. The best way is to practice on a test print first.

For this box, I recommend painting the entire model with two thin coats of Raw Umber or charcoal black. Let each coat dry completely before applying the next one.

Once dry, use the dry-brush technique:

• Put a small amount of Pale Gold or Copper paint on a brush.
• Wipe almost all of the paint off on a paper towel.
• Do not add water.
• Lightly brush over the raised details only.
• Build up the color gradually with several light passes.

The secret is to use very little paint and several light passes rather than one heavy coat. Practice until you find the look that suits your taste best.
