For those of you having fit and build issues, you might consider running a printer calibration. If your tolerances are off a bit that can cause a lot of issues. Seems most of us have no issues with printing or assembly on this tool. IMHO it's very well designed and has no structural issues whatsoever.

For me this requires MAJOR work to get the parts to go together. I give it 2 stars for fit and finish.

Try running a printer calibration...might be your problem. Engineering on this piece is excellent.

Any way of getting the parts seperately?

If you open the file in Orca, you can click on "Split to Objects" which will allow you to remove individual pieces.

I'm really confused about the point of this tool...

What is the point of the wheel on the bottom?

So you can hold it by the wheel and keep rotating the tool, most precision screwdrivers have a mechanism like this

Let me preface what I'm about to say with this, I'm a multi partner and I think Multiboard is one of the best things to come along in a long time. I printed mine in PLA+ and it printed perfectly. However, this tool is almost pointless. Go to Walmart get you a cheap small pair of vice grips and a nickel, and you will be much happier than wasting the filament on this thing.

ABS or something stronger. the Tabs on the grip end have bent TWICE when I've tried to put it together.

Printing with K2plus and I have tried with PLA and PETG with no luck, everything is just too tight and I cannot get it to come together. Any pointers?

Printed with both Sunlu and Elegoo PLA on my Qidi Q2 without any issues. Only changes I made to the base plan is the iron the top layers and use Gyroid for the sparse infill pattern. What specific issues are you having?

I printed this and the top is solid and doesnt have a whole for the top screw?

Did you print with supports? I accidently had supports checked and it closed up the bottom (where the screw top goes but is bottom to the bed). I used an actual screw to just get in where the support was, turned 1/4 turn and pulled and it popped right out.

Might be a slicer setting. Bridge counterbore holes? It has a threaded hole in my preview.
