Printed in various coloured filaments from Bambulab with the default settings.
The model is great. I hope that the kids will like it.
What can I do with the Tumbler Plug R2 and R3?
They used the original front screen file that you would print with walls set to 0 and then choose your infill pattern and the screen would print in whatever infill pattern you chose. I stopped including that file in the more recent updates as members that used Cura and Creality seemed to have issues getting the settings correct. If you would like to try it though please send me an email and I will send you a copy along with the instructions. Many thanks for being here!
Hello, how are you?
I downloaded the M3D Fantastic Vending Machine, but in the files I can only find the version with the triangle shape on the back.
I was actually looking for the original version with the hole in the back.
Is there another file for this machine that includes that version?
If possible, could you please let me know where I can find it?
Thank you very much!
Hi. Is there a list of each component we need to print to complete this? We’ve seen there’s multiple copies of different parts & want to make sure we print the correct parts. Many thanks
is there an update on the part list? I can not find it in the download section, ich have the same problem and am a little overwhelmed by the many parts. A Part List for dummies ;-) Would help so much! thank you :-)
Check the model description for the slicer settings to use for the front screen. The pattern is generated entirely in slicer.
I’m testing a pre-fabricated pattern file however doing in slicer will give you the best result. Please message me if you are still experiencing issues or need help with the slicer settings.

Hi! I printed all the parts put them together and tested out with printed capsules. Everything was working fine, so I glued the parts together and now I am having an issue with the capsules coming out. It works if there are about 5 balls in at a time, but if there are more, they get stuck. What can I do to fix this?”
I am having issues with the side bases not locking in I have printed it about 3 times and it's not allowing me to put it with the sides. What can I do I am using PLA.
Can you confirm what slicer you are using and the print settings? If you are on Discord and can drop me a message I can work with you to get this resolved. Thanks!
Hi! If you are an active All Access or Merchant Member Pass holder then you are licensed to sell your printed copies of FVM. Files should never be sold, modified or redistributed. Many thanks!
You guys put extra inside the clear balls ? Everything fit perfectly even though I printed in bambu and anycubic but I have to turn the nobe plenty times or shake it to make the little balls come out 😂 help me 🙏
Updated file with longer "Nubs" is available for download. The longer Nubs catch better especially if the items in the capsules are lighter weight. Give that a try and let me know it's working better. Please message me if you are continuing to have an issue.
Many thanks!
I am also using the Creality Print Slicer and figured out why others are having issues with the front screen. Creality (which is based on Cura slicer) doesn't support "infill-only" mesh prints, so when I try to set the configuration to what's posted, the slicer won't generate an infill if there are no top/bottom layers. Bambu Studio allows this.
I am testing a few options, but I'm currently limited on slicers since there aren't a ton of options that support Creality multi-color printers.
I've just printed this and am loving it. I have sent you an email around the front screen though with some photos and setting info for my particular machine, as i can't get the screen right. Any help would be great.
Love the print and its going to go so well in my classroom!
One thing I might suggest is putting the opening for the capsules in the top of it. It's hard to fill it at times without the other capsules spilling out.
Hey there. New to this whole 3d printing thing. When i have the front plate in the slicer it looks solid and does not have holes ? Is it suppose to look like that before printing ?

Hi! Yes it can be printed at 80% scale and you can use the 1.5" capsules. My daughter has printed two at that size on her A1 mini, for her siblings, and they both work great!
You can use hexagon. Apologies for the tardy reply as Thangs didn't notify me I had comments on here! I will make sure to reply much faster in future as I now know to check.
What size would I scale this down to fit the 1.1 inch capsules? I see it is 80% for the 1.5 Inch capsules. Would that size work okay for the smaller capsules too?
Just finished this vending machine! This was my first multi piece print and i had fun doing it, it's going in my booth room for get what you get tattoo flash! Thank you so much < 3
Hi! I’m subscribed to the All Access Pass and I have a question.
For the “Fantastic Vending Machine,” am I allowed to merge the lower unit (originally 5 parts) into 1 part for easier printing, and sell the printed version?
Excellent design well done, we love ours. Just wondering is the tumbler meant to over hang on each side ? There seems to be a lot of play as in being able to push back and forth. Thanks
I'm using cura and i don't see wall loops or the exagon infill, what can i use? If it works with an elegoo neptune pro i can think of using a different slicer, what do you use?
I'm well aware of what it says, When I print this plate,(Under the Global, Strength, Tab, Top Shell Layer 0, Bottom Shell Layer 0, etc etc.) I do not see the infill pattern take over the center part. I only get the outer walls of it, and honeycomb as the infill between the walls. I'm using a P1S printer, so if you can elaborate a little more than copy paste, that would be appreciated.

It looks so awesome! 😍
I'm also wondering what to do with those plugs :)
I love your screen did you make it yourself?

can that be done in anycubic? and if so can I get a copy please? I love the heart screen :)
I love the colors
It turned out so awesome! I'm really excited that you like it!
Hi were you able to resolve this? I'm having the same issue and need to print this quickly for a school project. Thanks!
did you ever get the correct file?

Hi did you ever resolve this? Is there a different file with the round hole? Mine is a diamond shape too. Thanks!

Hi, i cant get the front honeycomb to work using your settings to work in crealty slicer. Can you please help?
Can you confirm that you have downloaded the latest version of the file and are using one of the "pre-patterned" front screen files?
Will PLA be ok or is PTEG needed? Ty
I used PLA and had no problems!
Ty!
Will the cat ear hopper frame fit onto this build?
Yes. It snaps in place the same way.

question, can this be printed in A1mini?
Hi! Yes it can be printed at 80% scale and you can use the 1.5" capsules. My daughter has printed two at that size on her A1 mini, for her siblings, and they both work great!
I dont seem to have Honeycomb as a infill. Do you recommend any other infill pattern?
You can use hexagon. Apologies for the tardy reply as Thangs didn't notify me I had comments on here! I will make sure to reply much faster in future as I now know to check.
My mistake, once you slice the file, the grid appears. My apologies.
i downloaded this file and the hopper is wrong. Its has a triangle opening, not a circular like the pictures
Mine has a diamond hole where is the top for that one?
Mine has the diamond cut out. How do I get the top for that one?
Hi the hopper I have has a diamond shape on top is there a cover for that? Or could I please get the original. Thank you
The lid is there its the file called Hopper Lid Bezel.
What did I do incorrectly? My Hopper has a diamond cut out at the top, not a circle so the cap doesn't fit.
Did you manage to solve it? I’m having the same problem.
I have same problem I think the file was different
I have the same
The lid is the file called Hopper Lid Bezel.
The problem isn’t the lid, but the hopper/reservoir, which has a triangle shape on the top.
Do you have some links for toys that would fit in the 2in spheres?
What size would I scale this down to fit the 1.1 inch capsules? I see it is 80% for the 1.5 Inch capsules. Would that size work okay for the smaller capsules too?
Hey, I see mention of a parts list but I can't find it anywhere, can you please provide?
Just finished this vending machine! This was my first multi piece print and i had fun doing it, it's going in my booth room for get what you get tattoo flash! Thank you so much < 3
Question! The zip folder has alot of files, is there a list of the base files needed for the machine or do all of them need to be printed?
Hi! I’m subscribed to the All Access Pass and I have a question.
For the “Fantastic Vending Machine,” am I allowed to merge the lower unit (originally 5 parts) into 1 part for easier printing, and sell the printed version?
The design itself will not be changed. Thank you!
No please!
Hi Friends, Approximately how many capsules does this hold? Thank you
Excellent design well done, we love ours. Just wondering is the tumbler meant to over hang on each side ? There seems to be a lot of play as in being able to push back and forth. Thanks
Hi! I am having trouble creating the honeycomb front. Also are there directions to put this together? Thank you
how do you do the infill honeycomb??
I'm using cura and i don't see wall loops or the exagon infill, what can i use? If it works with an elegoo neptune pro i can think of using a different slicer, what do you use?
If Im seeing things correctly, it looks like the 3MF file labeled "front screen" actually has the wrong file in it.
question the front part display. I don't see that in the file to print. how do I get that ?
I'm still trying to mess with the settings to see if I can get the screen to print too. I forget how your able to just print infill.
kinda standing in the info tab? Top Layers: 0 Bottom Layers: 0 Infill Pattern: Honeycomb Infill Density: 3%
I'm well aware of what it says, When I print this plate,(Under the Global, Strength, Tab, Top Shell Layer 0, Bottom Shell Layer 0, etc etc.) I do not see the infill pattern take over the center part. Mine looked solid until I hit slice - assuming you're using Bambu Studio, since you have a PS1, you should see it correctly when you slice the plate.
