I printed this the other day as I ride a motorcycle and am tired of crushing my cigs in my pocket. I set the infill to 90% and used box lines. Walls are sturdy enough to handle the pressure of my pocket.
The lid fits nicely and doesn’t fall off, which was a worry when I started the print.
Also big enough to throw my ID and credit card in eliminating the need for my wallet.
Printed this with my new Creality K1 Max. For the case I scaled the Z axis down a few millimeters. And for the lid, to get more of a pressure fit, I scaled the Z 1% up.

Used 6 walls. It doesn't take AMS to do this with the colors but I did use it on this one. You can just change color at different layer heights...
It's almost 100% solid plastic other than a few layers near the bottom.

I had to increase the Z height to 107 mm for 100's to fit. other than that, great design. I printed mine with carbon fiber. it holds up well on the ranch riding around on my side by side.

it printed just fine and i dont think you need an infill over 25% with PLA+ filaments. well..... as long you dont try jack-up you car with that case. XD

One thing I would like to see is a file that could be edited to allow some personalization to the case itself such as a name or brand etc.

Hello, thank you for your work. What is the difference between the PLA and other cases in the files?
The PLA versions just have a slightly different tolerance for the sliding cap. The other versions are just different sizes.

It holds 22 cigarettes.
