Lucas William is a talented 3D Model Designer at Nambiar District 25, a new luxury housing project by Nambiar Group in Muthanallur Cross, Sarjapur Road, East Bangalore. Spread across 100 acres, it offers 4000 Vaastu homes in 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, and 4 BHK sizes (1200–2500 sq. ft.) starting at Rs. 1.47 Crores. The first phase has 36 towers with G+32 floors and four corner units per floor. Lucas uses 3D design to show realistic views of apartments and amenities, helping buyers imagine their homes. I’m proud my work helps the company shine, while the site gives me the best stage for design.
