The handle is a separate piece, pause on layer 158 and add an M4 7x3mm SQUARE threaded nut. These can be found on amazon or in hardware stores.

Print settings -

Decorative Handles 0.2mm, 15% infill, 3 walls, some need support.

Main handle 0.2mm, 30% infill, 3 walls, no support. Pause on layer 158 and add an M4 7x3mm SQUARE threaded nut.
