GEN2 Modular System - Now Available on Thangs!

Hello, my name is Joey. For the last half a decade, I've been dedicated to designing and refining a project that began as a simple 3D printed under-table mounted drawer. This concept has since evolved into a fully modular, quick swappable system, which I proudly refer to as GEN2. Today I'm introducing this system for the first time on Thangs.

A Growing Catalog

From that first drawer to the massive collection, this unreleased catalog is a sneak peak at some of todays models as well as a few that are coming.

A Small Breakthrough

The last few months I've been reimagining ways to make the system more toolless. Just last month, I successfully not only achieved this goal, I was able to make it significantly easier and faster to swap drawers around.

This design incorporates a printed locking mechanism that securely snaps the drawer cases into place. Additionally, by compressing the spring mechanism, the drawer case can be effortlessly removed, reducing installation time from minutes to mere seconds. I call this new system GEN2 QuickLock

What's Next?

I have an ever-expanding roadmap for this project, as well as designs to move it beyond use cases just under tables and workbenches, taking this storage system to new heights.
