It didn't work for me at all, it didn't click into place properly and the print file was printed in a very strange way, so I freaked out and smashed the gun on the floor - it was the stupidest purchase of my life

With Barrel B the locking mechanism was not strong enough, I used a stronger spring but even with that and after hours of filing around it didn't work. the locking mechanism didn't work properly with the magazine either i don't know if it's the printing material or the printer i use an anycubic kobra 3 combo, but also have the printer still on all standard settings because unfortunately i'm not very familiar with it. i also noticed that the barrel was a bit crooked on the gun.

What size spring did you use? And how was the print file printed in a strange way?

how can it be that it works for everyone else and only not for me

i tried it a second time with different pressure settings and it didn't work again i have no idea why and i did it just like you but the springs were all too weak and the mechanics couldn't move freely enough

If the mechanisms are not moving freely enough, it might mean you have overextrusion (and/or fat corners due to wrong k-factor if you have a machine that has pressure/linear advance). You should try calibrating the flow rate (and the k-factor). Sanding parts and applying any kind of lubricant (silicone spray, oil, grease) can help as well.

I had the same issue with support so I used the default settings and it worked great. Wish I’d read the comments earlier as I would have saved a bit of PLA 🤣

Sorry. I'll update the project file to have the default support settings on the first plate... 😅

bad model parts broke i reprint the slide 5 times the spring wont stick

What size spring are you using? If the compressed size is too big, there won't be enough room for the latch to catch.

Overall worked great! It’s a lot of fun to build and use!

I did have some trouble removing the support using the Bambu support material for PLA/PETG, especially in one of those little pin holes, but after that it came together nicely!

The other issue I had was the bullets slipping out of the casings easily, making them hard to load ans requiring you to keep the gun upright - but I managed to fix it by just keeping the casings the same but increasing the bullet size by 2%! After that the bullets worked great and stayed put until fired.

Great model! However, I am getting a few issues where once I use a shell more than 2-3 times, it can't hold the bullet or the BB anymore without it just falling out the front nozzle. Is this known or is this just me?

I haven't noticed that myself. 🤔 Maybe they're a bit too loose to begin with. Try printing them 1-2% bigger or with a little x-y-compensation? The bullets should wedge into the casings pretty tightly.

supports are extremely hard tot remove on the main body. I tried different support settings on bambu studio but it seems not effected. I have printed your Rutku BB 20 and Tickler SA-6 models and they were fine but I had this issue with this model can you help me

If you used the included Bambu project, the support settings in it are meant for a PETG support interface. If you don't have an AMS or PETG for support (or PLA support for PETG), just use default support settings, they're pretty good! That's how I always print these if I don't use PETG supports.

I was using the included bambu project settings. But this time I opened the raw stl file and sliced it in the bambu studio and supports were easy to remove. Thank you so much for solving my problem. looking forward to more of your bb shooting gun projects. I love them!

BTW ı saw another person who had the same issue as me. I reccomend you to explain this support settings in the description so people might save some filaments. Thank you.

Yeah, sorry, I will update the project file to avoid this for others.
