Hello & Thank you!
Hey there all :D
I just wanted to do a quick first post as a thank you to everyone who has liked, downloaded, and especially purchased my models so far. I quit my office job back in October '23 and have been experimenting with quite a few things but have really enjoyed blending my arts and engineering backgrounds to bring you all wonderful 3D printing models.
Going forward, I'll be striving to do Friday updates like this and keep everyone up to date with what's going on, new models in the works, and any big projects I've got on outside of making more cool stuff for you all.
This week
I have my first real Makers Market this weekend, so have been busy printing up a storm of inventory -- mostly my stacking dishes, some textured loop earrings, rings, and the glassy vases you see in this post's pic.
I also put the finishing touches on a completely custom, honkin' huge tub hauler cargo bike trailer of doom, featuring some completely inconspicuous orange linkages that I designed and printed.
I also accidentally stayed up until 2am last night blasting away in Fusion 360 working out a new vase design that I'd describe as an 'industrial sci-fi space-milk jug'. You can decide exactly what space milk is yourself...
Upcoming Models
I have a couple things in the works for you:
- Industrial Space Milk Jugs, as mentioned.
- 'Gl@ss' vases with instructions (they are both glassy and glossy, finicky to get the settings correct)
For now they'll each be priced individually as I work out my subscription in a fair and meaningful way.
Projects
Given that the 'Gl@ss' vases are printed in clear PETG, I have decided to make a bottle recycler to rip them down and extrude them into filament. I drink a ton of bottled soda water and it'll be great to turn that into art :D
If any of you have made one, I'd love to hear about your experience and any pro tips before I embark.
