TBA: Stayed tuned for the latest Hacksmith YouTube Uploads! Part 6+ coming soon... IMPORTANT: MAY 2025 --> The complete set of armor is now available.
Printing Notes:
- Print all parts with 3 wall loops.
- Infill density should be around 5% (The lesser the infill, the more convenient it is to handle final assembly).
- Slice all parts in such a way that supports joints with the inside surface of armor. The outside surface of armor should be Support-free.
Filament Needed (Arms, Hands, and Shoulders):
- Dark Gray: 5 kg Filament Needed (Legs, Chest, Helmet - Core assembly):
- Dark Gray: ~20kg FULL ARMOR:
- Dark Gray: ~40+kg [includes 20+5 listed above] 0.4mm+ layer heights or greater are recommended for the sheer volume of production in this model. To stand on the boots, increase infill density to 20-30% for these models for added support. Additional custom TPU pads or adhesive rubber soles can also be added by the user.
Please see the assembly videos for assembly help, and note the full zipped folder of STLs available in addition to the individual files.
EXTRA plated .3mf models are available for some grouped files. Take care not to duplicate effort by overprinting assemblies that are referenced as individual files too.

Amazing model, are you going to upload the other parts of the armor? Hope to have it all
We'll be adding more parts with each video upload!
got a few questions here:
1A} If someone has the "Hacksmith Researcher" membership, this includes source files for the cad and whatnot, correct? 1B} If this is indeed the case, when could those members expect to receive those source files for this project? could we receive corresponding source files for the already released models? 1C} what kind of source files can we expect? would they be SLDPRT files?
2} What size are the dowels supposed to be?
3} Is there a way for us to get access to the design schematics for the Power Armor Station?
Super useful files for a really good price. Will the updates include hand mechanism resources?
Just added assembly videos to the attachments!
It would be nice if the fingers had slots for strings so they could used from the inside of the arm
ima do it myself in blender
Legacy FX has some really good bts photos of the hands on their website: https://www.legacyefx.com/fallouts1
Man I wish I could make the clampshell design it looks so cool I might work on that when the full thing comes out or try
btw the photos are a big help thanks
You guys are doing a great job on the power armor build.
Hey Hacksmith the chest pieces aren't added still.
All parts should be available now. Please let us know if you find any missing.
