My modular wall organizational system
Four years ago, I started this project for a simple reason: While you may start with spice shakers and containers of the same size in your kitchen, you will eventually end up with multiple sizes and brands. This bothered me so much that I designed a modular rail that escalated into an entire organizational system. Later I added parts for workshop usage because most of the existing ones already worked well for that, too.
I have been using the system over the entire time, and I love it because it is so simple. No complex parts or planning, just slap a few rails on the wall and et the thing evolve and adapt.
There was one thing that was bothering the though. I could not design bigger boxes for the system because they relied heavily on bridging. I tried to solve this several times over the years but always failed. Until now! You could use support, but I hate that, so I came up with a little insert system to get around this problem! I redesigned all parts so there is no bridging or support involved, just super easy prints.
I also added a few new parts and especially a lot of different sizes! This system is so simple I will definitely look forward to expanding it! So let me know if you have ideas for more pieces!
Have fun printing
