My new printer tools and accessories organizer! I’m new to 3D printing and have been on the hunt for something easy and stylish to hang on the wall. Thanks again for another awesome design!
We recently purchased this product specifically because of the feature shown in the video — the ability to move and change the trellis as demonstrated. That was the main reason we bought it. Unfortunately, it turns out the product does not work that way, which feels like false advertising. We made the purchase before any clarification was added, so we were relying on the original information provided. Given that, we’re kindly asking for a refund — even if it’s just for one month
Just made a plant pot in the Bontanical Bundle!! It slides off and has a removable drop tray which accomplishes what you suggested! Check it out here: Botanical Bundle
We've printed the trellis plate twice and has produced a defect in the same spot both times. Any suggestions? This is the only file so far that hasn't printed normally so not sure what to adjust.
Hi, It looks like a possible bed adhesion issue where those pieces are getting knocked off of the build plate. I would suggest washing your plate with dish soap and warm water, raising your plate temp 5-10°, and trying again.
You can also run a test like this: https://makerworld.com/en/models/1268867-bed-cleaner-2-0?from=search#profileId-1295097
to see if it helps you detect any build plate issues or oils.
Feel free to give it a shot! You’ll have to make sure your Calibration is pretty dialed in. Just remember, all the parts/attachments
you print for it must also be scaled to the same %
I feel confused. I printed mine on a bambu a1 with the bambu wood filament, and its IMPOSSIBLE to slide attachments onto the trellis. the tolerances seem off. and what I think is the locking tab just doesn't move at all? the instructions arent really clear either
Hi, I need a little more information to see how best to help. From the shounds of it, it seems like you may have some elephants foot going on, if the locking tab isnt moving at all, off the build plate. This can be fixed by using the "elephants foot compensation" in Bambu studio. However, it could be that the wood filament is expanding too much and filling in the tollerences. Or, it could be that the attachment pieces are lifting off of the plate in the corners and causing warping.
I can't be fully certain without seeing pictures. If you'd like you can join my Discord server where we answer a lot of these questions every day.You would get quicker responses and more detailed and specific help.
Hi! Thank you for the great design 🙂 Due to rules made by the owner of the house, I'm not allowed to make holes in the walls. Do you think you could please make a version where we could use command strips to mount them instead? That would mean that I could use this design on our walls at home (and I'd be super grateful)! 🤞🏼 Thank you!
You may be able to use command strips for, it as is. As long as you follow the directions on the command strips and weight restrictions set by the strips, I do not see a reason for them to not work
Not a stupid question. The locking tabs are already connected to the attatchments. They are ribbed to see easier. They should just slide out enough to hold the attachment on the trellis
Hi! I'm enjoying printing away different parts of this system. Just printed out two of the cactikey mount on the same plate and they both came out with fused locking tab. I'm wondering what might've caused this. I tried separating them with a tool but they seem to be pretty stuck/fused together. Thank you!
Hi, unfortunately If it doesn't fit on your print bed, it may not work for you. Some people have tried sizing all of the parts down and had success, but I can't guarentee how it will turn out so it would be up to you if you want to try that route or not.
AWESOME PRINT AM PRINTING MANY OF THESE THANK YOU FOR THE DESIGNS. I AM WONDERING HOW DO I CONNECT MULTIPLE TOGETHER? OR AM I JUST MISSING IT SOMEWHERE?
Hi, It connects together on the back of the trellis pieces using the connector pieces. The Helpful Instructions PDF has all of the assembly instructions.
Hi, You can find the assembly instructions in the 'Helpful Instructions PDF'. You assemble the trellis segments as desired and than add the connectors, to hold the segments together. You will need to push them in pretty hard and support the floating parts with your finger as you push.
Hi! I bought these files and tried to print but could not get them to stick to my build plate. I had to scale down to fit my printer. I have leveled and used adhesive and tried multiple times but it does not work. Can someone please try to help me. I do not know if it my filament or what. Thank you!!
Hi, I wouldn't recommend scaling this file down as it can cause a couple different fit issues.
As for the build plate adhesion problems, make sure you are washing your plate well with dish soap and warm water, applying glue only if needed and sometimes you have to raise your plate tempeture a few degrees to help with adhesion.
This is a great model!
I couldn't find the trellis that has movement as in your video.
I just find the static one on the .3mf and .stl files
I hope you can point me in the right direction to find them.
Thank you in advance!
Hi, I am glad you like the model. The moving trellis was only used for the video, as it made hanging the treelis too difficult and setting the shelves and sich didnt work on it either.
Hey i Just downloaded this cool Projekt and down scaled it to 90% for my Prusa MK4 and printed 1 tile. I test asap if it still works.
I just see in your Video that you can move the tile because of a round feature on the back but that is not in the files i downloaded. Did you discarded that feature ?
Hi! I'm sorry to hear that you have warping issues. To fix this, make sure you have a clean build plate. The best way to ensure it is clean is to wash your plate with dish soap and warm water.
If its still warping, add some glue around the edges, and turn up the heat of your build plate 5-10 degrees
Hi, It has been tested up to 10 pounds with a single trellis tile and a shelf, we’ll be doing more testing to see what the max weight is, but its plenty strong for standard applications.
This was designed to fit a 250mm build plate but if you choose; You should be able to scale it down to fit your build plate. Although we have not verified if the tolerances will still work at that scale (90% in your case).
You'll need to be sure you scale each part down equally, to the same percentage, to keep the proper fits.

It should be made obvious that the Trellis is fixed and does not move as shown in the video. super disappointing
Hi, The moving trellis was only for the video. It made mounting too difficult otherwise.
If you could add a plant pot on a hinge that could swing out that'd be great!

Love this! Are you planning on releasing more options? I'm hoping for some more heavy duty hooks as which can hold clothing, etc.
Thank you! I'm sure we will have more accessories, in the future! Keep an eye out :)

how do you think this will print if i scaled down to 92%? It won't fit on the bed of my FF adventurer 5M.
Feel free to give it a shot! You’ll have to make sure your Calibration is pretty dialed in. Just remember, all the parts/attachments you print for it must also be scaled to the same %
Did it work?? I'm thinking of doing the same thing
I scaled down to 90% and it worked just fine!
Good to hear. My ender plate is a little too small so I'm currently printing at 90% also.
will you please make some plain hooks that will work for this
That's a great idea, will add that to the list for future updates!
Hi, could you tell me if the product has retractable and sliding features like in the video? Thank you.
This model does not move. The movable one in the video, was for video purposes only.

I don't find the trellis file to print in any of your bundles can you please clarify?
Hi, The trellis board files are in this bundle only. The other bundles are expansion accessories for this one.

this may be a stupid question .... but were the file for the locking tabs that lock the attachments in place to the rails?

Hi it could be a bridging issue. You could try reducing the bridging by 3% and that may fix the issue
Hello! I'd love to print this but my bed is too small... Any tips? I have a Dremel 3D45. I'm new to 3D printing.

Iy would be great to have the moving trellis to adjust as please, but I hear you. Maybe in a future or another Galaxy ahaha. Thank you for replying!!!

Hi, Yes, that feature was only for the videos, it caused too many issues when trying to actually mount the trellis.
every time i print the main trellis piece the edges warp ):

Have you determined a weight limit for your trellis system?
Hi, It has been tested up to 10 pounds with a single trellis tile and a shelf, we’ll be doing more testing to see what the max weight is, but its plenty strong for standard applications.
Do you have a recommendation for printing on a smaller printer with a 225 x 225 print bed?
This was designed to fit a 250mm build plate but if you choose; You should be able to scale it down to fit your build plate. Although we have not verified if the tolerances will still work at that scale (90% in your case).
