December update.

Hey everyone,

Welcome to the December update!

đź‘‹ A Warm Welcome to New Subscribers

A big and warm welcome to all the new members who have joined the community recently—there’s been a fantastic influx! I'm thrilled to have you join me on this journey.

🦌 XL Success & Today's Launch

The XL Models have been a phenomenal success! i'm celebrating that momentum with the launch of the XL Rudolphmodel today.

Time is running out this year, but following numerous requests, I’m pushing to release one final XL model before Christmas. Stay tuned for that announcement!

🗓️ Looking Ahead: 2026 Model Pipeline

The popularity of the XL line this year meant that fewer smaller models were released than I had hoped. Next year, I’ll be starting the Christmas model preparation much earlier in the background to balance the releases.

We still have a number of models scheduled for release over the next few weeks, and I continue to add to that lineup!

  • Q1 Seasonal Focus: As Christmas concludes, my attention shifts to Valentine’s and Eastermodels, which I will begin working on before the end of December.
  • Non-Seasonal Break: Following Easter, we will take a brief break from seasonal work to concentrate on general non-seasonal models. Last year, this time resulted in new fidgets, flex models, and small animals, and I aim to expand this range significantly.
  • The Big Return: We'll wrap up the year with an even bigger Halloween and Christmas 2026. Halloween will literally be bigger, incorporating XL versions alongside the standard small models.

đź’ˇ Shaping the Future of XL Models

I’m already thinking about next year’s Christmas range and incorporating your excellent suggestions. I plan to redesign the original XL Santa and Snowman as they now look undersized compared to the newer line-up. Suggestions like Cindy, Max, and Mrs. Claus are also on the list!

A key focus for next year is design efficiency. I've begun integrating more internal space to save filament without compromising the visual appeal, and I will continue refining this approach. I also plan to explore new connectors, glueless options, and re-evaluate where connectors are truly necessary.

🚀 An Exciting Development for Enique3d

This past week, I've successfully redesigned my office space and added two new printers to the lineup, bringing the total to six! This will significantly decrease the time required to print and test the XL models, aiming to free up more time for creation.

Furthermore, I am aiming (contingent on subscriber growth) to leave my current job next year. This will allow for two extra days a week dedicated solely to model creation, which will be a massive boost to our output!

I hope you’ll stick with me throughout this exciting year!

Thank you all again for your support.

Best regards,

Colin
