April Update: Health, Honesty, and New Models

Hey everyone, back again with another monthly update.

First off, a huge welcome to all our new members! It’s great to have you here, and I truly appreciate your support.

A Personal Note on March To be honest, March has been a nightmare for me. I injured my back on the 1st, and just as I thought I was recovering, I re-injured it two weeks later. I spent half the month on heavy medication, which made working nearly impossible. I’m still dealing with numbness in my lower leg, so I’m currently balancing work with a strict routine of walking and exercise. Most of my work is happening in short bursts or from the sofa with a hot water bottle. It’s been a tough, stressful road.

I usually work 6–8 weeks ahead, but that lead time has shrunk while I’ve been sidelined. I’m doing my absolute best to keep things moving, though I’m not quite at my usual pace yet. Because of this, I unfortunately wasn't able to get as many Easter models out as I hoped.

The good news? It’s school holidays for the next two weeks. Without the school and college runs, I’m hoping to make some serious progress and finally see some improvement in my back and to spend some serious time on models.

New & Upcoming Releases:

  • Chick Dragon (Coming ASAP): Before anything else drops, I’ve finished the Chick Dragon! It’ll be available in three versions: Normal, Winged, and Mini, along with a matching Feathered Egg.
  • Tony Tony Chopper: Releasing this Saturday, April 4th.
  • Summer Goose: Dropping the next weekend, followed by the Urban Goose at a later date.
  • Female Gnome: I know many of you are waiting for her! She’s been in the works for a while and I’ll have her finished soon.

Looking Ahead Once Easter is behind us, I’ll be starting on Halloween and Christmas designs in the background alongside our regular releases. I’ve also been watching the suggestions in the Patreon chat—keep an eye out for a community poll soon where you can vote on which suggested model I tackle next!

Thanks again for sticking by me through a rough month. There’s a lot to look forward to as we head toward summer!

Best,

Colin | Enique3D
