Hey Christian @craftykid3d, I just wanted to say how much I loved your amazing design! I picked it up to feature in my son-in-law's coffee shop here in the UK.
After two days of printing, carefully applying the undercoat and base coat, and spending a few hours hand-painting the details, it’s finally finished! I’m thrilled with how it turned out and hope I’ve done your incredible design justice.
Thank you for sharing your talent—it’s going to be a real standout piece in the shop!
I will be back for more very soon.
Made as a Christmas gift for my wife. She loved it! Such a cool design. @CraftyKid3D thanks for making it available here!
Body is Bambu Galaxy PLA, with red & white matte PLA.
Printed this for my wife for Christmas. I used Elegoo Galaxy Peacock Blue PLA as the base, then sprayed it with a clear primer followed by a combination of dry-brushed acrylics and oil washes.
Printed the shallow box version, the box with My older mega zero 2
The head and tail with the Kobra 3, which is much faster.
They came out perfect.
Thank you.
Help! I have printed this several times without the eye slots, but cannot open the file for the head with eye slots. I have re-downloaded several times.
Thank you.
Hi, try changing the name to something short and simple. Sometimes Creality slicer has an issue with names of files. Let me know if that works! Here to help!
Hi CraftyKid! Thanks for the awesome print - the dragon looks awesome, it's easy to remove supports.
However, I have a hard time with printing the box - it cracks at the height where the upper internal layer is printed for the head support.
I've tried using HoneyComb filling but still the print isn't perfect. Have anyone faced that issue?
I'm printing on bambulab A1.
Hi! I'm trying to print the dragon head on my P1S, and after simplifying, it tells me that there are 138 non-manifold edges. I've tried repairing it with a few different online repair websites, but it keeps showing up as the same error. I wondered if you'd be able to help me out with this?
I am having a hard time with the claw and the supports to support the actual claws. Can you post your print profile for an X1C? That was me that hit you up on IG.

how did you get the glass eye in there? Did you paint it?

Do you have a version of this one for the 12mm glass eyes?

Are the shallow box supposed to have the same z height like the big ones? The dragon head one is 70mm and the tail box is 80mm.

Hi, it prints fine with the non manifold edges. Nothing to worry about!

What program do you use to make those supports. I use Qidi and it makes huge supports.
Hello, great design, which filament did you used for the first picture (the dark gray one)?
I believe that was black sparkle from bambu lab
