This plate can be placed horizontally on a surface, or vertically mounted onto a wall.

When the Plate is vertical, Multibin Shells can be secured using [Bin-to-Plate Bar Clips](than.gs/m/1306908) and/or [Bin-to-Plate Corner Pins](than.gs/m/1306899).

There are also various [Plate Snaps](https://link.Multiboard.io/plate-snaps) that can be attached to the Multibin Plate.

Each cell is 50 mm apart. Connect Plates together using [Dual Clips](https://than.gs/m/1009275).

**Printing Guidelines:**

Stack Prints are parts that are printed on top of each other. “Ironing” Stack Prints have a 0.2 mm gap between each print and use ironing to prevent sticking.

Settings: Turn on "ironing" for top surfaces. Set seam position to "random" for more strength (optional). Use 3 perimeter wall thickness, 0.2 mm layer height, 15% infill, and not supports. Apart from that, use your printer's default settings.

6x6 MU (3x3 LU) - Multiboard Square Plate - 4x Ironing Stack

3x3 Multibin Plate - x4 Ironing Stack.stl

This stack creates a 3x3 Board that is 525x525 mm or 20.7x20.7 inches.

The stack is made of 4 Core Tiles, 4 Side Tiles, and 1 Corner Tile. Each Tile is a 7x7 (approximately 175x175 mm).

The Tile layout is as shown in the images. (I know the 3D render in this listing is incorrect, ignore it. The downloaded file will include the correct tile stack).

The printing orientation is as provided in the file. Make sure the downloaded files are .STL.

Printer Settings: Turn on "ironing" for top surfaces. Set seam position to "random" for more strength (optional). Use 3 perimeter wall thickness, 0.2 mm layer height, 15% infill, and no supports. Apart from that, use your printer's default settings.

Also, keep in mind that one side of the tiles aren’t going to come out as nice as printing individually (in case you want to use them double-sided).

8x2 MU - Simple Bolt-Locked Shelf

I added some Multiboard tiles to the backsplash/wall of my work area. I needed more light, so I created this in Fusion 360. It is parametric, and initially exported to be 8 tiles wide. I used two 8mm LED strips, 12v in my case, from Amazon. There is a slot in the end pieces for wires to pass through and through holes for zip ties, for cable management.

Parameters that can be adjusted are how many tiles wide they are, and the size and number of LED strips.

Printing for the mounts: orient so the top is on the print bed. I printed with standard Multiboard settings. it's a pretty easy print IMO.

Printing for the diffusers: I used some info from this guide to print some clear PETG https://www.printables.com/model/15310-how-to-print-glass. It turned out fine for my needs.

Things to improve: 
t's a bit plain in appearance, I might try to add some more chamfer or fillets. to make it less boring.
The push fit is pretty tight for me, so I don't think it needs the new bolt lock pattern that Keep Making just announced, but I could add that pretty easily I think.
There are gaps between the pieces that let light leak through. I need to design something that can just clip on and spruce it up a bit.
I plan to create or remix a mount for some Wago lever lock terminals, to help with cable management.
