The Blade of Cain is the jawbone of a donkey that was used by Cain to kill his brother, Abel, at the order of Lucifer. Lucifer then gave Cain the Mark of Cain which connected him with "The First Blade" and imbued it with power. It was the only weapon that could kill Knights of Hell.
