Xbox Controller Stand for IKEA SKÅDIS Pegboard

Xbox Controller Stand for IKEA SKÅDIS Pegboard - Printed this in PolyMaker PLA Cotton White. Filament color doesn't quite match the white Xbox controller. Model fitment is quite good. Only need to de-burr a few edges after the print completed.

I really like how much more solid this controller mount feels compared to the two Skadis brackets I am using with the black controller. This model clicks right into place and doesn't wobble freely. Once it's on, there's no doubt the mount will stay in place until someone needs to remove it. I wish more 3D printed Skadis models would leverage the clip system used in this controller mount.

My only concern is the angle in which the controller sits. If this were sitting on a desk or mounted close to a horizontal surface, it would be fine. But a wall mounted orientation where there's nothing but floor beneath could lead to damage should the controller or surrounding area receive even the slightest jolt. (I live in an earthquake prone area so stuff like this is a concern for people like me.)

An easy fix would be to angle the model to lean back slightly. The lean doesn't have to be as drastic as the black controller in my example picture. But even a little angle would provide a slight improvement to the stability of the controller when sitting on the mount.

That aside, I really like this model, especially the clean aesthetic it gives to my wall mounted controllers. I wish more models like this existed for the rest of my game controllers. - 3d model
