Print in any color you want but add a translucent PLA for the holes. You could also use a tinted filament :) like blue or pink :)
Light I used: Light
Material: PLA and PLA Translucent Infill: 15% Layer height: 0.2 Supports: only needed for the bottom part (I used normal)
Separate the STL by parts then you can easily assign a color!
