Cathedral Book Nook & Bookmark Holder
The Cathedral Book Nook is a slim design that gives your bookmarks a home while adding a little medieval charm to your bookshelf. It holds an LED tea light, creating a warm glow through the cathedral windows. It prints quickly, uses very little filament, and adds plenty of character without taking up much shelf space.
Print Settings
Recommended Settings
Layer Height: 0.16 mm Walls: 3 Infill: 5% Gyroid Supports: None Brim: Outer brim recommended for better bed adhesion
Using these settings, the model prints in about 9 hours and uses approximately 173 g of filament.
Faster Print Option Layer Height: 0.20 mm Walls: 2
It still looks great with these settings if you'd like to save some print time.
Filament Basic White PLA
I recommend printing it in white PLA since it reflects the LED light much better. Darker colors, especially black, tend to absorb the light and produce a dimmer effect.
