Flexi Lungs Keychain

This 3D printable model is a Flexi Lungs Keychain that has flexible lobes. It’s a meaningful and fun accessory that you can attach to your keys, bag, or backpack. You can squeeze and shape it in different ways to show your support for lung health and lung disease awareness.

This model is easy to print and requires no supports or infill. Just print it with a layer height of 0.2 mm and a nozzle diameter of 0.4 mm. The recommended material is PLA, but you can experiment with other filaments as well.

The size of the model is 60 x 51 x 5.5 mm and it prints in about 30 minutes at 60 mm/s. This Flexi Lungs Keychain is a great way to spread the message of the importance of breathing clean air and quitting smoking. Rising from the depths of the bone yard and the shadows of the catacombs, the Skele-Spine springs to life, ready to thrill and send shivers down your spine! This fidget fiend, shaped like a skull atop an articulated backbone, isn’t just a creepy curio—it’s the ultimate tactile treat for hands that crave a bone-bending twist. Perfect for any eerie ensemble, Skele-Spine yearns to rest on your desk or dangle from your fingertips, catching the wandering eyes of all who pass. While others may be haunted by the memories of goblins and witches, the Skele-Spine insists on making a spine-tingling statement all its own this Halloween season.

This articulated fidget toy integrates the Mimetics 3D "Snap-Flex" joint. This allows the Skele-Spine to both move smoothly, mimicking the fluid motion of living creatures, AND stabilize in a firm pose, providing a premium fidgeting experience. Each **SNAP** will resonate as a symphony of satisfaction to your ears, confirming your masterful manipulations.

This Skele-Spine is the fifth creation in a series of Snap-Flex models by Mimetics 3D, and it's available for free for a limited time.

**Tolerance:**
To accommodate different printer settings and filaments, I’m uploading 3 different tolerance levels for the Skele-Spine to ensure that you get the best fitting, most satisfying “SNAP” with each of your prints.

This is the **Loose** tolerance model.  For the other tolerances, please check out the other versions of the model to be uploaded soon.

**Print Settings:**
0.2mm Layer Height
3 Wall Loops
3 Top Shell Layers
No Supports, Print-In-Place at 100% scale.  Going any smaller may disable the Snap-Flex joint.

These tolerances are TIGHT and you'll likely have to snap each segment a few times before it's loose enough to snap/unsnap easily. I recommend you use regular PLA or PLA+. ABS might be even better, but I haven't tried it yet.

Silk PLA is a bit softer and may not click as nicely. I'd also be more concerned about silk PLA holding up to the wear and tear.
If you print this in resin, please let me know how it turns out. I imagine you would need a more flexible/less stiff resin for it to work appropriately.
