I’ve always wanted a cable roller that wasn’t just functional, but also fun to look at. So I designed this one with a playful creature face and some gooey drips wrapping around the outside. It still does the job of keeping your cables neat, but it has a nostalgic toy-like vibe that makes it way more fun to use.

The whole thing prints in place, so no assembly is needed. The clever part is in the eyes and mouth of the creature—those are actually the grip points for your fingers, letting you spin the roller with ease. The dripping goo detail prints as a separate part, which you can do in a different color if you want to make it pop. If you’ve got a multi-color setup, the pre-painted 3MF file makes it extra easy—just load it and print.

Print-wise, it’s super straightforward. The clearances are already tuned for print-in-place, so just drop it on the bed and let it go. Single-color prints still look great, but adding a second color for the goo or a multi-color face really brings it to life.
