If you've ever stripped out the screw holes on a printed scraper handle, or fumbled with a three-piece assembly while holding a razor-sharp blade, this one's for you.

The Logical Scraper A is a clean two-piece snap-together design - a Handle and a Blade Holder - with zero screws and zero hardware required. The Blade Holder hooks and indexes into the Handle for a solid, rattle-free connection, and the whole thing can be disassembled just as easily when you need to swap blades or different angled holders.

The blade angle is embossed on the bottom of each Blade Holder so you can always identify which variant you're using. Not sure where to start? I've tried them all and find 15 to be the sweet spot for most print removal tasks — but your preference may vary depending on your bed surface and print material.

What Makes It Different

Most printed scrapers either use screws (which strip over time in soft plastic) or lock you into a fixed blade angle. This design solves both problems:

• No screws - the Blade Holder snaps securely into the Handle using a hook-and-index mechanism
• Selectable blade angle - five Blade Holder variants are included: 12 degree, 13 degree, 14 degree, 15 degree, and 16 degree
• Two parts only - Handle and Blade Holder; simple to assemble, simple to disassemble
• No supports required - print straight from the STL/3MF files as oriented
• Standard blade - fits the common 32mm wide × 23mm deep scraper blade (widely available)

Assembly

BLADE SAFETY WARNING The scraper blade is extremely sharp and capable of causing serious injury. Never press the blade with bare hands. Always handle the blade using pliers or a similar gripping tool. When seating the blade into the Blade Holder, place the assembly on a semi-soft surface such as wood or a cutting mat and apply pressure from above - do not use a metal surface as this will damage the blade edge. Use the same precautions during disassembly.

1. Using pliers to hold the blade, carefully press it into the slot at the front of the Blade Holder until fully seated - use a wood block or cutting mat to apply pressure safely
2. Position the Handle over the Blade Holder with the Handle bridge above the mid-section of the Blade Holder
3. Slide the Blade Holder into the Handle until the hook latches over the bridge - you'll feel it seat

To disassemble: lift the hook and slide the Blade Holder out in reverse.
